Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Yaadly account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way is directly in Yaadly:

  1. Open the Yaadly app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Data & Privacy, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted (you'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, so it never happens by accident).

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in, email us from the address associated with your account (or include your registered mobile number) at hello@yaadly.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It removes:

  1. All of your client records.
  2. All of your notes — typed, spoken, and photographed — and their attachments.
  3. All of your tasks and reminders.
  4. Your profile and account record.

Any active subscription is also cancelled as part of the deletion, so you will not be charged again.

Tip: if you'd like to keep a copy of your information before deleting, you can export all of your data (clients, notes, and tasks) as a file from Settings → Export my data first.

Response time

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically completed within 7 days of verifying your identity.
