Yaadly ("we", "our", "the app") is a client-relationship memory and reminder application operated by its founder in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Account information: your mobile phone number (used for one-time-password login), and the name and email address you optionally add to your profile.
Content you create: client records, notes (typed, spoken, or photographed), tasks, and related attachments you capture in the app. This content exists so the app can do its job — remembering it for you.
Usage counters: we count AI actions and media uploads against your plan's monthly and daily quotas.
Device tokens: a push-notification token for your device, so reminders can reach you.
Notes you capture are processed by AI (Google's Gemini models) to extract summaries, follow-up tasks, and dates. Voice recordings and images are transcribed/read for the same purpose. Processing happens server-side; your content is not used to train AI models by us.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region, India, protected by per-user security rules: only your authenticated account can access your data.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own security and privacy standards.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your clients' information with anyone. We do not show ads.
Export: you can export all of your data (clients, notes, tasks) as a file from Settings at any time.
Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete account. This removes your content, files, account record, and cancels any active subscription. Deletion is irreversible.
Your data is retained while your account exists. Upon account deletion it is removed from our systems as described above.
Yaadly is a professional tool intended for users aged 18 and above.
