These terms govern your use of Yaadly, a client-relationship memory and reminder application ("the Service") operated by its founder in Mumbai, India. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Yaadly lets you capture notes about your clients by voice, text, or photo; uses AI to organize them into summaries and follow-up tasks; and reminds you at the right time. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is under continuous improvement.
You sign in with your mobile number via one-time password. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
The Service offers a 7-day free trial with full features. After the trial, continued use of AI features requires a paid subscription of ₹149 per month, billed via Razorpay as an auto-renewing subscription. Your plan includes 100 AI note-readings per month and a limit of 15 media (voice/photo) notes per day. You can cancel anytime; see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Notes, clients, and tasks you create are yours. You grant us the limited right to process this content (including via third-party AI services) solely to provide the Service to you. You can export or permanently delete all your data from Settings at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to store content that violates others' rights, to attempt to breach the Service's security, or to abuse usage limits through automated means.
AI summaries and extracted tasks are assistive and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying important details (dates, amounts, commitments) before acting on them. The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
